Hindemith Prize
This year, the winner of the Hindemith Prize of the Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival is the Austrian composer Bernd Richard Deutsch. The prize, endowed with 20,000 Euros, is one of the highest distinctions in Germany awarded to young composers.
