The new temporary exhibition in the Hindemith Cabinet in the Cowherds' Tower will be opened on 11 October 2014. It is dedicated to Ludwig Rottenberg, conductor and father-in-law of Hindemith.
Hindemith Days at the Academy of Music and the Performing Arts in Frankfurt am Main
13 to 16 November 2014
This year's Hindemith Days, organised annually by the Hindemith Institute in Frankfurt on Hindemith's birthday on 16 November in cooperation with the Academy of Music and the Performing Arts in Frankfurt, will take place against the background of a jubilee: The Hindemith Institute in Frankfurt will be 40 years old.
Hindemith for Schoolchildren
For the first time, the tradition-steeped series "Children's Concerts of the City of Frankfurt" will be dedicating its concert on 13 October 2014 to the œuvre of Paul Hindemith.
